I have lived all over the USA and in Guatemala, but have been in Raleigh, NC, for the past 16 years. I graduated from NCSU and spent over a decade working in Toxicology as a pharmaceutical and medical device research assistant before switching careers to work in Personal Training and Fitness instruction 5 years ago.

I hold over 15 fitness certifications that are focused on mobility, flexibility, and strength, including Animal Flow, RYT-200hr, TRX Qualified, Spartan SGX Level 2, FMS Level 2, MovNat, and more. I am also a PN-level 2 certified nutrition coach working towards gaining my National Board Certification for Health and Wellness Coaching.

My biggest driver in life is being able to leave the world a better place.

As a Personal Trainer here at My Potential, I do personalized training based on the individual’s needs.

I want to fix  the feeling that they lack the knowledge and skills to get stronger, more mobile, and fitter.

The conditions I treat are shoulder and hip mobility and strengthening.

Being able to help people reach their full potential is the reason I like working here.
