Alexandra Rose

Practice Administrator

Born and raised on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, I have made Raleigh my home for most of my life. With a passion for health and wellness, I have dedicated the past 15 years to pursuing certifications in Nutrition Coaching and becoming a 500 RYT certified yoga instructor. My expertise has led me to collaborate with renowned health and wellness businesses such as StretchLab, Restore Hyper Wellness, and Honor Yoga over the past decade.

My extensive experience extends to management, where I have held leadership roles in the health and wellness industry for over 15 years. Additionally, I successfully ran my own wellness coaching practice, demonstrating my entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to empowering individuals to achieve their health goals.

It has been my life’s mission to help people feel comfortable and safe in their bodies. I always want to work in a way that is helpful to people who need it.

“You have to realize that happiness is not something you find at the end of the road. You have to understand that it is here, now.”  – Thich Nhat Hanh

As the Practice Administrator at MyPotential, I am committed to creating a welcoming and inviting environment that fosters a sense of community among our clients. I believe that wellness is a journey best embarked upon with support and camaraderie, and I strive to cultivate a space where individuals feel connected and empowered to achieve their health and well-being goals.

I am particularly drawn to the supportive and collaborative culture of MyPotential. Our team embodies a genuine care for our clients, creating a haven where they can feel comfortable seeking guidance and encouragement along their wellness journey.

While wellness can sometimes feel like a solitary pursuit, MyPotential stands as a testament to the power of community in promoting personal growth and transformation. Together, we aim to empower individuals to reach their full potential for health and happiness.
