Don’t Lose Hope

Never Change The Goal. It can get better. Every step you take now will have a positive impact on your future! It can be easy to feel frustrated with your physical, nutritional, or mental progress but every little action you take pushes you forward. Even when you feel like you are taking steps backward because you feel worse or are struggling at the moment, it is important to keep pushing on and to not give up on the goal.

Dr. Bill has always embraced the quote “Arrows can only be shot by being pulled back, so when life is dragging you back with difficulties, it means it’s going to launch you into something great. So just focus and keep aiming.”

He is also a firm believer that challenging things are meant to make us stronger. Recently, using an analogy of the pressure and time it takes to make one of the strongest substances on earth a diamond.

Sometimes, it takes the struggle for us to learn all the lessons and grow to our fullest potential.

If you are having anxiety, keep journaling, do not give up. If you are having digestive challenges, keep learning and working on your relationship with food and feeling how it makes you feel so you can make adjustments. If you are in physical pain, understand surgery and pain medications are not the best you can do. Keep learning about your movement and how you can make changes to move and feel better so you can keep doing the things you love.
